I think that linear thinking is common because there are direct approaches in which individuals can approach their success strategies in a direct manner by not complicating things. However, in case of systemic thinking, it becomes more complicated to think systematically adopting a systems approach. There is more of motivation and encouragement of scientific nature in case of adopting a linear thinking because individuals can develop a relationship or form a correlation between the variables of experiencing things and expressing things according to the experiences gained (Reynolds et al. 2018).
